The scope of consulting services included, in particular, the establishment of a Greek subsidiary, corporate and commercial structuring, and support with all necessary steps until the business was fully operational.

SAR ANLAGENBAU GmbH is an internationally active company based in Austria that specialises in electrical, plant and automation technology for demanding infrastructure and industrial projects. Its range of services includes the planning, construction, installation and commissioning of electrical systems as well as their maintenance, repair and servicing.

Another focus is on automation technology, including control, regulation and guidance systems for industrial applications and complex technical systems. In addition, SAR ANLAGENBAU GmbH has extensive experience in tunnel technology, particularly in the areas of energy supply, lighting, safety and surveillance systems, and operating and control technology.

Further core competencies lie in railway technology, particularly in electrical equipment for railway and transport infrastructure, as well as in building management systems and energy and building technology. Here, the company implements integrated solutions for modern, efficient and secure building and infrastructure systems, including communications, network and low-voltage technology.

As part of its expansion into Greece, SAR ANLAGENBAU GmbH is pursuing the goal of expanding its presence in southern Europe and being able to serve customers and projects locally even more efficiently in the future – both in the operational electrical installation sector and in technical trade and service.

• the legally compliant establishment and structuring of the Greek subsidiary, advice on corporate, labour and commercial law issues, and
• the preparation of all legal and regulatory requirements for the operational go-live, including coverage of the planned fields of activity.
