Our consulting services in public law cover all issues of Greek public procurement and public procurement law, in particular construction law. In detail we advise in the following areas:
- Support and advice from the early development phase as well as during the phase of contract implementation until the defence of objections.
- Advising contractors with regard to their relationship with the public client until completion and handover of the work and in the event of any claims for poor performance against subcontractors and other parties involved.
