AP Generalis is supporting Limehome GmbH, a Munich-based startup and the leading provider and operator of fully digitalised design flats in Europe, in its expansion into the Greek tourism market.
Our law firm successfully provided legal support to Limehome GmbH and its subsidiary in Greece to obtain the authorization for the rental of premium design flats. This advice was provided in collaboration with Plan-Architects, a German-Greek construction engineering firm. It involved examining applicable laws and developing optimal solutions that consider the specifics of the Greek tourism market. The advice addressed various legal issues, including corporate and tourism law, data protection, labour law, real estate, and construction law. The company was able to begin operations in Greece after successfully completing the necessary authorisations.
